is it possible to have the homu cast this automatically after cool down?

Doesn't AzzyAI already do that?

But if you're using level 1 or 2 and you want it to refresh before it wears off, try changing H_SkillList.lua.

Before:

i want to use level3 since it has the same 30sec time. But i notice that my sera hasn't been casting it, Although i do remember it casting it before.

You need to set your homun to amistr in drazzy ai. If you don't it will think it is a vanil and will not cast bulwark or blood lust. Make sure that your old homun is set to amistr and it will start casting bulwark, blood lust.
