so last last month there has been a ruckus on GMs changing how spotlight works. What exactly does it do now?

But the TLDR is Victoria qwest can be found in Rock Ridge harbor. If you complete the main story line of that area she will give a a very large chunk of EXP. You will also be able to claim a 60 minute buff from her once a day.

 

In the area spawns are increased as is exp/drops

what about if i already did the main story quest in the past? so i just need to claim the exp to victoria right?

Wait, why did you say the previous iteration of Spotlights were "going away"?

 

When based on what you are saying now, you are keeping increased spawn, exp, and drops in the area spotlighted... just adding back increased exp to quest-lines in the area?

i already did the quest but ,a very large chunk of exp? i only see 20k x3 a total of 60k only ..? please i need more than that

Yeah, you can still claim the EXP.

When based on what you are saying now, you are keeping increased spawn, exp, and drops in the area spotlighted... just adding back increased exp to quest-lines in the area?

This is a very good example in my opinion, that our feedback is taken into consideration. I find this is a generally good direction of change. Do you not think so too Scuba?

I am happy that the spawn / exp / drops portion is staying. Pleasantly surprised, assuming the original announcement was not just a miscommunication of the changes.
