Even my SC is constantly doing 50k-ish IB when bear power and defend ignore from RTE procs. And it is using immortal setup (full leech).

nope. this is immortal build aka zero potion setup.

if u are an RK u can use Ur Plate for more netural resist so, it's really really nice to have bypass def proc

 

stack Ferlock + raydric (30% Netural ) Ur Plate (5% Netural) + Thorny Buckler (Phenomena)

with the reflect come combo with bison horn u can kaboom the proc rate

 

or if u rich slap DR and get 55% Netural Resist +30% Race Reduction

My RK just isn't doing enough damage even with fire mild wind but this is probably because I'm only using a +12 alca bringer and my SP pool can't keep up even with vanargand helm and incubus pet. I was hoping a triple beholder red twin edge will solve the damage problem.

 

edit: BTW what level of Ignition Break were you using and if it is level 5 do you just do nothing while IB is on cooldown?

I have a question about big bell + neo punk combo.

 

Is it better to have

 

+X RTE Big bell + 2 x Peco Egg with Neo Punk in shield = 50 % to formless + 25% resist + 50 % bypass formless

 

or

 

+X RTE 3 x Peco Egg with Penomena in shield = 60% to formless + 30 % resist

 

I suppose RTE bypass def proc during combo BB+IB but does permanent 50% bypass can compensate when it doesn't proc ?

 

 

 

And the other side, about potless build, is it possible to have a mix with Peco egg + Hunter fly to sustain infinitely and doing as much dmg as possible or triple HF is a imperative ? If Yes, 2 PE + HF or 1 PE + 2 HF (without any other leeching stuff or tell me the eq needed to have auto sustain without compromising dmg).

level 5. i do nothing on cooldown since im lazy. RK has potential to go far higher than SC since they have gears to increase IB damage, runes, and better equipment.

I actually sold my +9 Black Ribbon because with the new 3rd job hats coming out I figured the price for a +9 Black Ribbon would drop significantly, so for now I think I can get by with either just using a +9 vanargand helm or +9 drooping eddga.

Damn clearly I messed up then, didn't realize that lvl req is 170. +9 Vanargand or +9 Drooping eddga is fine right?

It depends. If you want leech go vana but wdeh is not the best for IB. Unless you can maintain the proc whenever you want and I doubt it can be done easily.

As a fellow ignition breaker I can say that wdeh is a great choice but it's better if it's +10 and up, if you pair it with at least a mad bunny shield it'll help its proc chance.

How about a Double Beholder Violet Fear? I realized that my RK isn't built to use a 1 handed sword and shield. My RK has lvl 10 parry and lvl 10 two hand quicken so I'm starting to consider using a 2 handed sword however, I remember the Violet Fear procing Meteor Storm and Frost Nova a lot back then when I would use one and it would get in the way of using Ignition Break but its been awhile so I'm not sure. So right now I'm considering Violet Fear(For damage), Death Guidance(For leech) or Tae goo(+9 bonus).

Cool then Violet Fear is a no go unless I decide to just not auto attack and just do parry+IB.

what are my possible choices of accesories for IB build RK?thinking of keraunos for the hp/atk/atkspeed(this helps me spam BB too right?)

How about a beholder(pecoegg card =20% to formless) vicious two hand sword with enchants 20% to formless, 17% to neutral? Saw one recently on vend if you make it +9 and get the huge atk bonus it should outdamage anything else.
