Today, all the Korean users had a severe log-in problems.

 

Whenever to try to log-in, all the character cannot see any npcs and other players with following message

in in-game screen,

 

 : Cannot connect to server.

   Please try to log in later.

 

Is this problem confined to Korean users only? or is there any problems in server?

 

Additionally, only one character can log-in can see strange phenomena.

When I click npc in portal, the explanations and destinations were shown in strange language (like an russian).

It's not only koreans, and there is already a thread about it anyway.

 

Not only in log-in issue. I checked a few minutes ago in alban. all the npc's talk were shown in Russian language.

Also battle field name and jobs are also were shown in Russian language....

 

Strange phenomena..............

The Server language is English only atm. They try to implant other Languages since quite a while now.

 

This is just another try and error for the Moment.

For the last 24 hours, you can not enter the game with the main characters. At the entrance to the game immediately gives a message about that -
 
Cannot connect to server.
Please try to log in later.
 
On my account there is a character without a guild, level 20, I managed to get into the game, but why should I do this ??? All weekend access to the game to get and failed. Very disappointing. Moreover, the premium is paid until 2019 and I can not play. The server and so suffers from a small number of players and then this attitude to the server and the players. Please fix it!

Что вы тупите . Не пускает  90 лвлы в игру.  Лвлы ниже 90 без проблем заходят в игру.

-Contact our support team and send them a tracert that includes you trying to connect to patch.playrequiem.com. Please also include with your report your account name and log in location (for example Germany).  If you are unsure how to make a tracert please see the Knowledge Base article below:

in technical support advise to reinstall the game or restart the computer with a router .... already wrote there and repeatedly, but for other reasons
