Seems the character server crashed, you'll have to wait for it to reboot itself, or for one of the staff to see it's down and restart it.

The game just froze and when trying to logout wouldn't respond for me
Now the Rose Client says everything is green and available - it lets me login but then says servers are currently unavailable.
Just when we get an exp weekend something happens to stop me playing lol
Hope it won't take too long before they fix it as I want to level up my new Scout

so the character server has crashed had to happen during the double exp event xD
how long till the server restarts itself? or are we going to be waiting for a staff member to manually restart it.

Same here.. on ROSE client, the server is on.. but when trying to login, keep getting message "Servers are currently unavaiable.. Please try again later."

Well I've tried playing one of the other Warpportal games and had no luck with that although it has let me download one of their other games which is downloading now.
Does anyone know whether the fault is just with Rose server or others too?
