Because the server statuses are based on the renewal, could anyone tell me how to build a pure potter?
Is it still 99 dex and 99 luk?

It was never 99dex/luk though that can work. Int effects brewing half as much as dex and luk, so point wise you'll end up with a higher over all success rate doing something like 90 dex/luk and 50 int.

Giving up 18 dex+luk for 49 more int, which is worth as much success rate as roughly 25 dex/luk. It also gives you more sp and makes it more possible to grind using Firebend/Ice Falchion or even do some semi-support with a light epsilon.
