Im not computer geek.. and I only understand the basics but...

What about a bot reading repetitive behavior and analize it, then reports to the GM to double check in field. Use the machines against the machines?

Maybe someone else with expertise could develop the idea better.

11/10, we should give this advanced strategy a try.

The only thing that anti-bot bot can do against the bad bots now is to probably track how much time the bots are consistently online OR maybe track how many characters in a certain map so that the GMs will do their clean up there. Other than that, you really have to see the actual character's movements to know if its a bot or not.

You wouldnt even need something in the actual game to do this. It could be running on the server itself.

With proper machine learning techniques, I believe it would work. But I doubt warpportal or HQ would actually invest the money into it at this point.
