We have become aware that a portion of our player base is experiencing issues connecting to the server. If you are currently being affected we ask that you please do the following:
-Send a tracert that includes you trying to connect to patch.playrequiem.com to our Support Team. Please also include with your report your account name and log in location (for example Germany). If you are unsure how to do this please see the Knowledge Base article below:
