I always go for the http://calc.irowiki.org/ calc, i belive is the closer calc to the server.

To make it short, Not worth it at all. 80 str +7 2x Carded Stunner = No more than 3.5k Damage

OI is a joke in this server. TSS is fine so far, but the cast is ridiculous.
Being an old player and get into this type of dmg calculations is very disappointing.
But, I hope someday we will get reborn and the nice damages I´m used to.

A end-game BB must hit what? 9k (4500x2)

Personally tested on turtles. Was doing more damage with TSS than OI at around 80 str. Some other dude tried at Stalactic Golems, same -_-, no more than 3.6k damage

It seems the problem is not the damage calculation of the def (although it has been reduced somewhat too) but OI itself. it was (or should be) 950% dmg, but on restart it's 475%
I have to do some more testing, but this formula seems accurate i think.
Damage = [ATK + (Target_Hard_DEF ÷ 2)] × Base_Damage
