"Kafra Food will not stack with the Miracle Elixir Buff"
what does that mean? if i use the miracle elixir buff i have +10 stats all
and there are buff foods like +10 str only for 30 min or +10 dex for 30 min.
can they both be used at the same time so +20 is possible? or does it not work? what u mean by "not stack"...

"not stack" = it doesn't work. You can only have +10

The following items refer to Kafra food (can buy from Cash shop): Steamed Tongue (+10 Str) , Steamed scorpion (+10 Agi) , Stew of immortality (+10 Vit) , Dragon breath -_-tail (+10 Int) , Hwerglmir's tonic (+10 Dex) , Nine tail dish (+10 Luck)
On the other hand, Citizen Oda's Miracle Elixr is a product of all 6 Kafra food items combined together and it gives you +10 all stats. This is why it does not stack with individual Kafra food. Unlike +10 food buffs, however, you dont lose Oda's buffs upon death. Buffs last 60 minutes.
Oda's buffs work with +20 food items i.e. Savage (+20 Str), ..., Petite Tail Noodles (+20 Luck). You can get +30 stats in total.
