So I'm thinking of making a 5 stars Socket card for Two Action shot (3 stars atm)

 

The question is it worth making ? 

 

And does it have a cap for the amount of arrows that splits out from the primary target ?

lv5 is 6 arrows

lv6 is 7 arrows 

Does it go up to 11 arrows at lv10 or it caps at less than 11 arrows, at somewhere (lv8 ?)

I just got my 5* card right now ! Though my skill was only level 2 before, when I make it level 10 with skill points I'll tell you (if I don't forget).

 

Do you want a list of all the needed cards to get the 5* Two Action Shot ?

It's 11 arrows at lv10 and the dmg also scales with level (assuming 20% at lv10, can't access to game to check)

Get it to lv10 is useful in pve. In some situations it's dps to boss is also much higher than random shot.
