Some mage skills that should provide more attack power are not doing so.

Spell Mastery (Muse)
Spell Mastery(Mage)
 

Some wizard skills that should provide more attack power are not doing so.

Those are skill power, not attack power. There's a difference.

Thanks for the report, however these skills are working as intended.  Passives that grant Skill Power will only affect the damage inflicted by skill casts, and not melee damage.
