To make sure the item effect works probably. Smh how in the world do these people get alternate sprites that's not even implemented officially?

Tested this with the izlude eggs.

 

baseline crit damage: 623

with one stone: 824 (%change from baseline is 32.2%)

with two: 900 (%change from baseline is 44.46%)

 

Conclusion: Set effect activates only once.

 

 

Removed all my equips except for my Sapha Sharp 1, Sharp 2, Cri 5:

 

Without any stones:

[Removed]

 

With one stone:

[Removed]

 

With both:

[Removed]

 

 

bonus only apply only to one set of combo,

 

but what if you provide another combo enchants for the other stone?

 

sapha shoes sharp1 and sharp2 maybe?

Well that proves it! Exactly 44% more damage (+/- 1.5 points) with TWO stones equipped. Set bonus only applies once... so sad. Logically one would deduce that it could apply twice with two stones, but it doesn't. Proof's in the puddin'.

Why would it logically apply twice? There is a class set that requires cards like Zipper Bear, do you expect that to make that set bonus apply four times over if you happened to socket four cards? Enchants are essentially cards unto themselves.

Hey, yeah no. Don't have the shoes to do that and don't wanna spend z on getting one. )

 

I have tried a similar test way back with the "hidden" effect of horn of kirin (FAW & Temporal Boots with AD1,2 paired with two horns) and the effects of the archbishop ring (costume headgear and ring with AB1). Even if you increase the number of items with set enchants and the number of items that should interact with them, the set bonus will still be applied only once. I believe this is how it works for all jRO set effects that rely on enchants. Nirvanna pretty much nailed it. Simply put, they should be read as cards.

Can someone enlighten me with the sharp1 or sharp2 bonus effect. I mean can you enchant the luminous blue stone it self or does it have to come from another item?   I'm confused..

Well, YOUR answer is invalid. I'm new here, so how come my question is invalid? If you don't have nothing to say, don't waste your time being a smartass. The only enchants i've done so far were on Malangdo, i've never even went to Biolabs yet

Didn't I say read again? I'm talking about the last question that was answered by fuyu. Coz I think you based your question on that or you just posted your question without reading the whole thread first. So which is it?

I think your question is valid, and I also think that a lot of seniors are pissed that people sometimes mouth off without reading posts and expect to be spoonfed.

I think if people did bother reading and get confused most seniors are quite accomodating.

 

Either way your query was answered so just let it go mate and enjoy the game, having new gears makes new builds viable and to me that is fun =)
