First time trying the game and it does not work for me

Hi, this is the first time I try this game, and I install everything correctly from this page http://www.playragna.../clientdownload.
But when you open the game screen ask me for my username and password, when I enter I give you enter and the buttons below that says Option, connect and quit game. They turn gray and nothing else happens, I do not enter the account. Reboot my computer and check my email and password that were 100% correct, but the same thing happens to me. I enter the options and manage to see that it says resolution to 32 bits only, my computer is 64 bits, I suspect that is the problem, but I can not find any way to change it to 64 bits.
What can I do to enable you to access the game?

I am sorry that you are encountering problems with the game. I am not sure what I am saying is going to fix the problem but it's worth trying, isn't it? 
First thing first consider that the game comes in 16 bit and 32 bit, so that isn't the problem. My computer runs a 64 bit OS and the game works just fine! 
Check the picture below:

Please toggle off all the graphic enchancements, reduce to the minimum Shadow's and Texture's quality as well. Feel free to reduce a bit the resolution as well (just to try and see if it helps).

This sorta problems usually get resolved like this, so I hope this will help you as well.

I was referring to the game resolution/color quality.  :p_swt:

Only one last question, on what server are the Spanish speaking ones ??

For your latter question: there's only one active Server for Ragnarok Online II and it's Odin. If you are looking for Spanish speaker players you'd better look for a Spanish speaking Guild, there are some in the game currently so you won't have an hard time. You can ask kindly in public chat - just make sure to not spam your message, that's not really the designed chat to look for a Guild; else look for a guild use the Party Find System (N) or the /3 channel of the chat.

If English is giving you an hard time, why not trying the game in Spanish? You can find more informations here.
