I bought 1000 diamonds, but "lucky roulette" and the "luxurious gift" don't work. Are there limitations to receiving the rewards?

You get 1 for a purchase of 80 diamonds, and an additional 1 for a purchase of 500 diamonds. You can only get 2 a day, they don't stack and aren't carried over to other days. It takes 5 days to finish a wheel and a purchase of 2500 diamonds throughout the week.
Day 1 Purchase: 500 diamonds (+2 Spins for Lucky Wheel)
Day 2 Purchase: 500 diamonds (+2 Spins for Lucky Wheel)
Day 3 Purchase: 500 diamonds (+2 Spins for Lucky Wheel)
Day 4 Purchase: 500 diamonds (+2 Spins for Lucky Wheel)
Day 5 Purchase: 500 diamonds (+2 Spins for Lucky Wheel)
Total Diamonds: 2,500
Total Lucky Wheel Spins: 10
