It's not NTT-Bell if you can login to one account and not the other, apparently changing pw to original used at account creation is some type of fix, but so far no response from my ticket and/or Campitor

Kind of why I asked for a pinned thread at some point, each problems should have their dedicated thread, rename it if needed, but it's not managed this way, everything is all over the place without any kind of order, you find question about failed login in the Community Chat section of the forum...

 

Your problems definitly look different from the one Bell Canada user have.

This is not the issue being discusses here. We are having issues that prevent us from logging in, but not at all standard issues. Most of us, i believe, can at some point get as far as character selection but not into the game. I believe some people have managed to even get in game with a bit of luck, however once in game they experienced terrible lag and when changing maps got logged back out, which of course was the log in issue all over again.

 

However, i will mention that i do believe we all should be sending tickets to support. With as much information as possible, tracerts and any email to your ISP whatever information you can give them might help more than just us. It would really be terrible if they have to address each case one by one. My hope is that with enough information they will figure it out for everyone. But i am rather optimistic in general.

Then you should stop posting in this thread, because this thread is about the NTT issue. And STILL no word from these guys!!!!

Different Issue, we can log in but almost never get past char select, make a different thread.

you guys where banned, like me an im innocent i tried askin for a proof from them and they replied with "we cant do that, its non negotiable"....but most of my friends here in our internet cafe is playing right now.

this new ' Failed Login' feature has trapped and is still trapping real players.

i have no doubt it was implemented with a good purpose of catching bots but this don't look like a solution after all.

as GMs are trying to resolve tons of tickets hit by this issue, new players are trapped each day and sending in new tickets.

looks like never ending cycle to me.

 

should remove this feature temporary  - let things cool down while GMs can catch up.

mean time, developer can work on to improve this new feature.

Based on what Camp has stated previously, that NTT was doing maint at the same time as RO maint last week, would mean an update to RO would not change anything, basically the RO update was not the update that messed things up is my understanding. It was an update within NTT's network that affected us.

 

But We can always hold out hope i suppose!

I just want to confirm the servers are up right?  I hoped their maintenance might of fixed paying customers not being able to login but apparently not.  I still can't login, took me hours of trying yesterday and now im reading people are supposedly banned for simply trying to login?  Wtf is going on?

Still got the same problem.

 

Any ETA?

 

Also, at least keep us update on a regular basis this coming week and it's about time something is done about the ticket queue, the delay is absurd.

I just want to confirm the servers are up right?  I hoped their maintenance might of fixed paying customers not being able to login but apparently not.  I still can't login, took me hours of trying yesterday and now im reading people are supposedly banned for simply trying to login?  Wtf is going on?

 

Well from what I can see there is no one getting banned for trying to log in. It was someone jumping to conclusions and posting nothing of real relevance. What i can say is that there are indeed a lot of people with log in issues that are very much identifiable as not being a banned instance, for example if you can get into server selection I am rather certain that account is not on a ban. Also the failed to log in thing, this current issue preventing many of us from logging in is also causing a type of "failed password" sort of scenario (best i can sum it up), basically when we are getting dropped while trying to log in information is being lost, the main server does not seem to care if we had the right info, if the info is lost too many times in a row we get the "failed to log in too many times" and "please wait for x time". I am just hoping this stuff is cleared up soon, otherwise Warp Portal should consider getting another service for their host, in my opinion anyway.

Ok well i talked to Cinnamon, he suggested i change my password and i did.  It let me right on.  Have you others tried this?

yep a wile ago  also when i asked him about wait times he responded with

 

The average waiting time this week is 120 hours to 216 hours, this is lengthy however the staff are working through the tickets to reduce the response times. Thank you for understanding.
