Bash with quad curse weapon

Yes, if you got the cards, skills also take the status %. In addition if you have fatal blow it Will also stun. Even so, the status % is kinda low Even with 4 cards, so you wont be cursing very often. Multi-hit skills like bowling Bash or auto attacking with high aspd are better for status as more hits=more status infliction chances.
I'm not so sure that's true for multihit skills. I think for BB, the status effect is only carried on the first hit. I believe it's the same for skills like Clashing Spiral and Arrow Vulcan, only it just counts once for the skill being used period, the multiple hits are only for the aesthetic. In BB's case I think this is due to the second hit being the enemy hitting the other monsters, not your weapon. Same with Sonic Blow.
I've just never noticed any improvement on BB with status effect affliction.
Double Attack yes as each hit is treated as an individual new normal hit from the same weapon.
I'm not even sure it works on all three hits in Trifecta as I think it treats affliction as a single hit split as 3 actions, much like with CS and AV. Same with Chain Crush, as I've never noticed any increased success rate of affliction in the act of using those skills (though admittedly, most enemies die with CCC) when I've used weapons with status effects (stun mostly).
I could be wrong, I've just never seen anything in my experience to suggest multi-hit skills work this way.

I don't know how it's on renewall system, but at classic, BB inflict the status on every target who you get hit.

As you said most multi-hit attacks are just for show and most of them like clashing spiral and sonic blow will tell you the damage is dealt in just 1 bundle of x% attack total in their description, so obviously the likeness of inflicting status wont increase. This is not the case for BB, as the description outright tells you it deals 2 hits of 500%atk each.
Even so, as your hits per second drop due to the cast time and cool down of the skill, the difference in the likeness of inflicting a status is very small while single targeting, where autoattacking with high aspd its still the fastest way to do so

Double Attack is not 2 separate hits, it is a 200% dmg hit, with the visuals of multihit. Even when Da does not proc, and you have the right+left hand damage showing, it is still only 1 attack.
Basically if the skill shows the damage number getting summed up in yellow text, it is a single hit attack.
