I doubt it is but, is it a bug that Max Pain reduces incoming damage by 90% and reflects 1000% of the damage received?
To me this seems to be the same bug that occurs with WoE reductions and Mental Strength/Stoop, where reflected damage is calculated before applying damage reductions.
