Ok let's start...
I am going to list the problems with the latest changes and suggestions to fix them (changing only reinforce stats) :

There wasn't any need to remove Light Damage from Avengers.
As you probably know, light damage affect trap damages, and Avengers already suffer of a low damage compared to other classes. Avenger Traps should hurt more than simple pew pews, but they currently hit less (comparing +30 avenger vs +30 caster), part of the fault is also because Avenger set has a low SCAD on reinforce on several pieces.
Fix : Remove SCC, bring back Holy Damage, and change all avenger parts to reinforce +150 SCAD per piece (currently only upper and lower part reinforce 150+).

And now let's go to Ranger.
Ranger is a pure AA class and has several skills that augment its AA abilities (damage buffs, extend range, evasion debuff etc)...
The whole class is based on AA and that's its main feature, being good at it.
There isn't any need to add SCAD and SCC to the set. There are no SS/hybrid rangers and there will never be any simply because it's stupid and weak. You don't have to add a SCC/SCAD option to ranger. That said...
Fix : Remove SCC and SCAD, replace them with DEX or long range attack which fits the class.

This forsaker changes touched very little the class so they are kind of fine. There isn't any fix needed.

You gave Ranger a "SS option", but not an AA option to Druid which makes much more sense?
As you may know, Druid is labelled as caster but has also many physical abilities, such as Inferno and it's skills.
Worth mentioning, Inferno has also an attack speed buff, being able to shift and build into AA. But not with the current set, there is no way you build an AA inferno build, it would be very weak!
Being able to build an AA druid is also something players look forward, back then AA builded druids used 72 fascination set which was a druid set completely physical with CAD reinforced. It was balanced and funny to play, I have one myself.
But then, skill changes changed the class in a way that you trasform only to stun/immunity, and play like a caster. The new set ultimately killed that AA option druids had.
Fix : Remove HP reinforced from druid and replace it with CAD reinforced.

Ah....!!!! My favorite and main class!
I know I make many players QQ about this "1 man" class by duelling/PKing them ahahah...
But what they were QQing about isn't it's HP, but it's damage (which is anyway a damage that comes only from pew pew skills and hardly kill anything in battlefields, where mostly CC/ground aoes combos kill, due to the constant heals).
So, if you wanted to nerf a bit the set to shut up them, that was definitely the wrong way, since they will still look at the "written damage" and QQ about it.
Said that, I also mentioned many times that, if you wanted to nerf this dead class, you had to revamp pets TOGETHER with the nerf on set.
Fix : Replace min and max_magic damage to CON and Evasion (parts that increase defense remain like that), reduce INT reinforced from shoes.
Evasion is currently almost useless because of it's formula that makes it hard to work well in PvP (you need huge amounts of additional evasion compared to enemy accuracy to make a difference in their miss ratio, but has always been a stat that defined Soul Hunters, and mainly, Dominators).
You may think about adding back the accuracy debuff (ya remember, Binding Weapon), maybe with an Attack of Curse animation and curse damage, to make the Evasion and the new debuff more worthy. Would definitely balance the new set and create a new build (especially in PvE).
And...looking forward for a revamp to those pets that die in few seconds and do no damage? Yeah...
Darkest Seeker [Sh] Skill Critical Damage Added
Hey man, same thing of Ranger. Shadow Runner is an AA class and will never be a SS class, which is why it has several skills that improves its AA abilities, such as evasion debuff, accuracy buff, range buff etcetc...
Fix : Replace SCAD with additional long range damage or CAD.
Darkest Belligerent [Wa] Critical_Damage Added
And last, but not least, Warlord!
Yeah man...same stuff. There is no Warlord that will build around AA, never been, since the class is completely focused on Skill Spamm. Unlike it's counterpart Berserker, which can be builded AA and is pretty strong on it...
In few words, if you want a Warlord that AA, you simply go Zerk. AA warlord is simply stupid, inefficient and weak, and you can't really make one because of the lack of an attack speed buff.
Cmon man, Warlord even has a passive that decreases your attack speed, that should make you think twice before adding CAD ^_^
