I would write a ticket here: https://support.warp...in/Default.aspx.
That is the only way you could get help. And of course i think they can help you. One of my friends characters also has been deleted by a hacker and they restored everything.

but I have a problem, the email I used for that account was hacked, to what I mean, I get my mail password on warp portal, but the actual mail in this case hotmail was hacked and I currently use another.

Make a new account for the tickets, I think they will ask you questions about the account that only you can answer.

That's right. Happened to one of my friends and the GM team did ask him several questions to confirm the account really belongs to him. My friend got his account back. Just use another email and tell them what happened and you should be good.
