Hi,

 

My account is blocked since 1 week, no clue for what reason !

I have sent 3 tickets and no answer since now, what should I do next ?

 

Any GM here can help ?

First of all, be sure to check your spam folder. Often replies are misdirected to spam.

 

You should also consider making a support account. It's an account that allows you to reply to your ticket at the website instead of waiting for emails. You can do that by clicking on "register" on this page.  Once you have a support account, you can find your tickets using this guide.

 

Making multiple tickets on the same issue actually slows things down rather than speeding them up so you should close all tickets on this issue except the very first one you made.  You can close those duplicate tickets at the website once you have a support account.

 

Certain issues do take more time to research than others so please be patient.

 

Since no one here at the forum can help with this, I am closing the topic but please pm me if you have any questions on how to make a support account.
