if you have basic items for TS like temp dex boots hawkeye ea / ea faw / + 12 crimson bow. can TS kill anyone in woe? there is also a new headgear for SC ( nightmare biolabs). thanks

In WoE, just stick to spamming masq as what is expected of you by your GM, let the killers do their job instead and focus on disabling.
Before you can kill with TS you need to be able to cripple your target because your damage won't even tickle other players due to the abundance of range damage reduction gears available, then after that you need to switch to attack gears before TS, nobody got time for that in WoE.
