we dont have dd crit gear on this server, nor do we have gx so I'll keep complaining :(

Yeah i guess for now complaining can be justified and id sign under some of them too.

Anyway i guess the closest sorr of balance patch would be trans classes?

Even sinx is going to be blowsome with sonic whiffle unless the crit gear gets released but hey they nerfed little feather hat because we can't equip arrows and camp wants to add a cooldown to backslide.

Understandable really i quite hated it to put my sin to the grave and just use him as a farming and starting character, but monk is good too at least it kills knights

Nor do crits proc on double attacks (or monk's triple blow) as they do on kRO.

RO never was a balanced game XD, and you are looking the dps in a very simple way, without looking at the pros and cons, like the way a hunter do dps has the fact of buying traps, the way you hunt, running out of sp faster, etc. For example an assasin just doing AA on mobs has de pro of don't have to buy extra items to do that dps or buying too many pots or having to sit until you regen sp.

Buying traps or arrows would be a disatvange if there wouldnt have been an advantage before that. You see higher sp use isnt an big issue when the damage formula already inherits int , the next lack of comparebility lies in the next stat ,dex . Assasin need this stat to hit or luk , but thier damage stat is str. For hunters thats a different matter.

Dont undersell hunters and oversell assasins ,the cost of traps and arrows isnt really a thing anyway , as long as standart loot is already enough to compensate.

 

And just comparing dps between classes isnt a thing either, at least not for balancing.

There are a lot of things to consider just the basics everyone can thing of in under a minute:

AoE DPS (constant)

Single Target DPS (constant)

Burst AOE Damage

Burst Single Damage

Healing cabilities

Protection

Movement abilitys

Defense abilitys 

Buff Abililtys

Debuff Abilitys

Crowd Control

Flexibilitys

access and useability of low/mid/high/top tier gear

Accessebility and usefullness to lowmid/high/top tier players

Inherit F.O.O (First Order Optimal ) Strategy

Increased of usefullness over non F.O.O Strategy (how good can a class/playstyle get be not using F.O.O )

Biggest contributer to that problem is the fact that we have renewal damage mechanics but no renewal level's, skills or classes. So we have a system which wasnt designed for the current classes/levels at all.So in my opinion it would only make sense to adjust the nummers. Doesn't need to be all equal but like Monks do 1500% weapon dmg with occult impact (indead of 900) or Sins have their left/right hand mastery increased to 150%.

 

 

 

OI is currently at 475%, it should be the classic dmg 950% until we get 3rd classes, the dmg formula would be fine then.

You're probably talking about PvP/WoE but in PvM  it is badass.

Exactly, this item totally takes the differential of the class of sin without causing all melee classes to take more damage because of their extra singularities.
 
I have a sin lvl 92 lvl with full equipment and with over high with 7x agi, I just made a knight and level 55 with 50 agi and Snake Hat it takes more damage and has an aspd higher than my sin.
 
I think it's cool to deploy new items and everything, but Snake Hat's lvl 5 double-hit killed the difference the Sin had from all other classes. It would be much better for them to have launched the Chick Hat, which enables a double level 2 only attack.

ro is totally balanced in favor of the most skilled people only. You can tell who they are by the amount of forts they have at the end of woe.
