as GMs words can take 5 days or 1 week, at lucky players words hours~2 days, at my sad 11 Years experience the faster one was 8 days, but normally can take months. I hope you are a lucky one...

If it's something difficult, it can take more time, much more time.

If you reply to the ticket in any way, it resets your position in queue. So for example, if you've waited 5 days with no response and you respond with "WTF D00D Y U NO ANSWER MI PRABLEM" it gets reset to the back of the line.

Hello Myzery,

I was wondering for a while about the queue system so decided to ask the staff thoroughly about that. Apparently now when responding to a ticket, the queue position does not change. Also it brings the ticket to ACTIVE status. When a GM staff responds to a ticket, it changes the status to WAITING. During this, the user have 72 hours to respond before the ticket is closed automatically.

It is also important to mention that re-opening old tickets is not advised, it makes the ticket lengthy and somewhat confusing to the staff. Technically, re-opening a ticket to combine issues would be considered a NEW issue by its own, so users are better off sending a new ticket.

I hope this piece info is found useful.

Basically they are a bunch of crappy useless staff.

They will ignore you whenever if they have the opportunity.

I see the staff working really hard and doing all they can, unfortunaly not everyone see that.

Oh, nice to know! Glad they fixed that issue.
