Currently I would ask for the user's utmost patience, from a player's end the waiting is terrible but there is nothing else to do.
As for the account issue, it depends on the case or type of offence committed. Usually the ticket staff would ask you questions and you have to be prompt with the answer(s).
Re-gaining account access is also dependent on the type of issue.
We could understand the amount of tickets going in would cause a huge load for the staffs, however, this pace of problem solving is ridiculously slow where none of the non-charity organisation would be. Even ISP in third rate countries are far more efficient (taking maximum of 2 days to initiate troubleshooting). We don't request for 3 minutes respond time but at least make it a 48 hours KPI. Secondly, if there wasn't an VIP offered(which the company should be responsible for as we have purchased a product, we are literally consumers), I would just quit the game like any other RO servers I can find out there. If I was a free user, I will not waste my time, money and effort in waiting the terrible support team!
