I cannot log in. Specifically, I am getting the message: Failed Login -> If Issue persists, please contact https:support.warpportal.com
I have tried changing my DNS settings to google (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4) and using a VPN. This is pretty ridiculous.

most probably banned for suspected use of third party software...say goodbye to those accounts

i have this problem when i post last time
after 10 min i can login and set my vender
now when i go to char select
i have some problem
it doent look like ban\block.. its some new error =\
and too many ppl have this problem last days

It's taking a bit too long for such a big issue.
Not being able to get into the game AT ALL for a few days to a week will kill the interest of a player!
We might lose a good player just from this yet the bots are still in the game.

Totally agree! I just started few days back, have some friends, so decided to get the VIP and poof! On Day 2 of VIP, i couldn't play due to the "Failed Login". Contacted yet no response, at all. Even when in the past with the slow internet, online game CS were definitely way more faster and responsive compared to this.

I agree, false flags like this should really be of highest priority. I submitted my ticket yesterday morning and no acknowledgement yet. Why must users constantly struggle to play this game?
