Well honestly vh has known snl for at least 5 years, maybe longer through knowing cross server reputations.

 

and p2w is just tth/net/wc/2ez from classic. So that's 5 years at least. Some people even know them from valk server (but I didn't play there so I don't really know)

The p2w core are the only ones that are remotely good. That's like 5 people, the rest Aaron could convince to eat paint and jump off a building.
Seriously though, just recruit people that listen and kick them if they don't. When I see a VH WoE video, it seems like most of them are deaf when Xellie calls something out.

Aaron is just a good leader and crazy good at getting people to work together.

SNL is far from lazy. If any guild is being lazy it's p2w. They can't compete with SNL for mvps.

They were at the start. Now not so much. It's SNL I see with leveling parties now. (Maybe p2w just don't need them now, I don't know)
