Hello,

I just bought some KP and it's not showing up on my account. I can see it on the website, but when I go into game I have 0 KP.

Hello,

See the following:

Verify that you have the KP on the correct account ID.
Relog the character.
Use the Kafra Shop Icon directly to bring up the window instead of the shortcut key.

Let us know how that goes.
