Please check the linked URL just above, read the updated portion with Failed Login, it may and may not work but please give it a go.

As I commented on another topic, the password change system did not work for me. First it warns that the password is incorrect, so I used "I forgot my password", I made the exchange, and even then nothing. Another observation is that I have two accounts, where I do exactly the same things, and I play on the same computers. One works, the other does not.
edit 1: I am about 10 days with this problem, and I sent the ticket to 8. I did not get any answers until now.
edit 2: The account went back to work, but NO ZENY !!! My god, now it will be another 10 days to reimburse my zenys ??
