I tried going to the value added service but it just takes me to the page to buy Warp Portal Energy with no mention of a gender change on said page.

thats because as far as i know, no such thing exists.

 

from what i understand, if it got added into renewal, we will get it eventually...it'll just take time.

 

so if renewal doesnt have a gender swap thing, we won't have one.

 

worse case scenario, move all the stuff you want to keep onto another character then delete and remake the character you want to swap genders on
