Does the Serah's right earring stacks? I'm trying to get 90% after cast delay, but DB delay seems really slow. I was told to not go for 100% since DB yields faster spammage at 90% delay. However, my DB spam seems really slow. If the ring doesn't stack, I might have to switch the ganster scarf + glasses for a New Wave Sunglasses for the 90% after cast delay goal. Please advise.

I'm using a borrowed kiel +12 HWB = 47%
+9 Faw Aftercast8x3 = 24%
X2 Serah's right earrings = 20%
--------------------------------------------------------
= 91%

it does stack.

FAW enchant reduces after attack delay, aka increases ASPD. It's not Skill usage delay.

For an average budget player:

 

Borrowed kiel +12 HWB = 47%

New wave glasses = 10%

TGL weapon = 20%

 

This already gives you 77% after cast delay reduction

 

If you use a medical scrub armor = 10%, giving 87% --> 13% left to deal with.

 

For the remaining 13%, you can have it via 2x sarrah's earrings, each with 2x Delay After Skill Lv2 (hence 8% each and 16% for two).

 

This will of course come at the price of dex abusive armor, mob scarf and sunglasses combo, and alternative EA enchants on your sarah's earrings.

you dont need more than 90% delay reduction for DB, since it has 0,2s cooldown

What I don't get the Item list in Guides I found so far goes only after EA and DMG.

Does +9 Temped Dex Boots and 120 Dex fix that issue?

 

So should I just stick with the Guides cause talking about Kiels seems to effect wealthy ppl only

My knight has no Dex atm, so I cant tell his cast speed.
