I need to be 0 to use the "Hypnotist"

But I can not get rid of this item. Not to drop, sell or etc

The npc of this event no longer exists, I need to reset to correctly do my skill build; /

Not sure if this was ever attended, but talking to Gramps NPC used to give an option to get rid of those BLUE cards.

Please check Gramps, if not then will request a follow up on the issue.

I just checked. Gramps does give you the option to get rid of the cards if you have any on your character. All this while I thought he auto-deleted them if you ever spoke to him. Good to know it's optional.
