Hello! I'm sorry it is taking a bit longer for the GM team to get to your item restoration! The response time does depend on the current ticket queue as the GM team answers tickets in the order they come in, so if your friends had written in when the queue was lower, they would have had a different response time. Unfortunately we cannot assist you with tickets on the forums, as only our support team can handle matters of this kind. If you have not received a reply by the end of this week, please send me a PM and I can request a current wait time from the Support Team.
