Hi admin and mod forum dragon saga , i send ticket lost my item 6 day .... no more people solved my ticket

Every day all people talk to me :"The item you lost has been restored?".I say no , they said to me why ?

when they lost item and they send ticket 2 or 3 day ... the item is recover . But with me , i don't see any more , I check mail all time in 6 day but i don't see mail reply.

I hope some admin or mod help me check my ticket , this is number ticket <snip>

Hello! I'm sorry it is taking a bit longer for the GM team to get to your item restoration! The response time does depend on the current ticket queue as the GM team answers tickets in the order they come in, so if your friends had written in when the queue was lower, they would have had a different response time. Unfortunately we cannot assist you with tickets on the forums, as only our support team can handle matters of this kind.
