2 of my accounts have been locked out for several days, I've sent in tickets for them and I get no response. Do the GMs actually respond? Or do they let botters roam free and legit players who pay suffer?

I got an answers after 2 week . And its like that for most everyone . 1 day to 30 day . Depend of the ticket I guess .

Ya I'm sure they would open that ticket right away.. and then see that they aren't going to make money off my ticket so they'd close it for the next person to look at in a week or two...

It's a joke how many ppl I know who have been having issues like this. GM's need to be doing more to address this issue. That 6-10 business days thing is total crap. Gravity literally has the worst GM's I've ever seen.

my friends cant even get her acc unbanned after some1 charged back their paypal acc of a total of $300+ and her acc was just caught in the cross fire cuz her friend bought her vip with his paypal. and now for her to get her acc back, she needs to pay $300+ which is stupid cuz vip cost like what 15 bucks? lmao
it took the staff over 2 weeks to just reply to the tickets. like seriously

imo accounts issues should be at the top of their priority list, like whats the point, updating and banning bots when 3/4 of the actual players cant even play?
by the time u guys done with picking ur nose and scratching ur asses, there will be no more players playing.
seriously get ur -_- together and fix peoples game accounts. 1 week for just a reply is unacceptable, 3 weeks total for it to resolve is definately not acceptable.

This is LOGGING IN TO THE GAME. It isn't even small bug or anything. It's literally the game unplayable.
