Yesterday, after you changed lvl requierement to use the key and start the new quests from 210 to 200, i decided to double-click on it to open the quest while i was on Xita refuge in Eldeon but when i did that, the Pharaoh key disapeared from my Consumables inventory and i got a message saying somethings like "your not able to open the quest right now" then i came back to Orlo, Gate of Muris to take the Key back but the "Hebarn servant" or somethings is not spawning anymore and i can't recover it.

So now how do i do to enter in the new city and start quests?

Hi Terro,

thats a interesting question since you seems to be the first one to have this problem. When you open the key, you suppose to have it in your Unique skills.

However, I dont know if opening the key outside Orlo can Broke or disappear it.

I guess a GM/CM will have a better answer for you

After double clicking the key it would transform into "quest base". Once you talk to the queen it will compete your quest and it will become the passive skill.

Yes Jack, but he said he came back to the gate then nothing opened. If he had the key, he should be able to go into the gate without killing anything. (since he already killed a servant once to get the key) .

Oh well, it seems to be a bug

Apparently it does broke/disapear effectivly.

I did after xsweetheartx brought up to my attention and read through your dilemma. It is a bug that only the Dev team can fix, sorry to hear you got yourself into this trouble.

I have tested the introduction quest to Muris countless times and cannot reproduce the problem you are having.

To get into Muris, you must have a fate skill (Arua or Hebarn) and be level 200 or greater for the Arua Interrogator or Hebarn Saboteur to intercept you at the gate when attempting to enter the city. Once you have defeated the hostile fated NPC you will receive the Pharaoh's Key which is used from your consumable inventory tab to begin the quest line to enter the city. The key can be used regardless of your location and has nothing implemented to prevent you from canceling the quest and repeating the introduction event.

i just tried on my other char, the hebarn didnt show up for me to kill
and that is no problem for my other 2 chars like last week

i just did the Questd 4 times in the past 2 days on Draconis without an issue.

I'm on Leonis and tried with a char to do the key quest but the monster is not spawning. I'm the appropriate level and have the Aura fate. Another clanmate in Aura tried it also and couldn't get it to work. It's still bugged.

yeah i checked on my Clannies hes a hebarn but he didnt finisht he orlo quest but it is correct the monster was not spawning for him, i didnt have trouble on my other 4 characters thoughhh =\

My problem is solved, i had just to get a fate. lol

But now i got two other problems,
First, the "Territorial dominance" quests i'm stuck on this. When i took the quest it said "a new objectif has been added" something like that but no quest has been added in my quest log.

Second, on another account im lvling a muse currently lvl 70 and i noticed i can't complete any quests, when i complete a quest i receive a reward but the quests are always repeatable. Because of this issue,i'm unable to go on luna even if i complete the quest because once i complete it and receive reward, the bubble re appear on top of the head of Alphonso and it ask me to repeat the quest over and over again. =/

Same goes for car quest. They need to fix this today.

But yeah the Hebarn and Arua servant don't spawn anymore since last update even if you got a fate. Me i solved my problem just before the update of last week.
