how to handle this miss?if fighting with monster with high agility it always lets me miss hitting

it is Hit based, so you have to deal with it like any other job with non nevermiss skills does: Get more Hit.

For MVP which does AGI up, you can use Mummy + Ancient Mummy card combo.

you can also use some Flee/Agi decrease skills, like Quagmire (altho a proc) or Fiberlock (wont make field MVPs teleport if you stay in their atk range)
