Ok so heres my question. Im thinking of resetting my skill and not get spirit of life and instead get some buff skill like tuna belly and bunch of shrimp. How big is the difference in terms of damage loss will i have? Ty in advance!

Base level is useful though for the HP in order to give a better tuna party buff.

This is late but...... I tried this once and it's good coz you can be a two-way puss but master of none. The only way to level this is thru partying on higher level. In the end it will be difficult for you to do anything serious. The heal and the shield is godlike but in the end your offensive is a laughingstock.
