It's always that same node that seems to stick out.
I know this might not be something that can be addressed immediately, but I hope the staff continue to raise tickets with the ISP.
Need more traceroutes too.

Hello,
Have you tried to power cycle your modem/router?
Hop #1 reading is a bit alarming for close to home location.
Saying that, NTT hop #9 reading is absurd.

Hey Cinna, what's power cycle? I'm null about tech stuff. I rebooted my modem twice the first days because I thought the lag was in my end. But after days I'm still lag so that's why I posted here.
Thx

In very basic means, it is to turn off the device then turn it back on after a few amount of seconds ~ minutes.
This is because the 1k+ ping reading on hop#1 is not normal or rather not stable for online gaming.
Is the connection wifi type or wired?

Greetings QuakeStryder,
Please take a couple more tracerts, see if the RTT values stabilize specially for hop #10. Most of the times issues like that are resolved by themselves.
Overall, your tracert looks normal.
If you are getting rubber band effect in game, for example walk>lag>walk>lag or pressing skills do nothing then a few seconds later the skills are all spammed at once is a good indication of packet loss. In case this is the issue perform basic troubleshooting starting with power cycling the modem or router. Check the connecting cables, a loose wire can do that. You can also try a simple application called LeatrixLatencyFix.
Note that if there is an issue affecting a hub between the servers and home then it would be difficult to resolve being out of WP control. Should it be the case then please send a ticket to the GM staff with your tracert logs. They will forward the logs to whom concerned.

I used Leatrix, no affect at all. used speedtest - that's okay approximatly 100 mb/s in and out. i tryed TCPoptimizer, no affect. Pingplotter shows Hop# 8 - loss all pockets
New tracert (beg your pardon for the russian languege)

8 * * * Превышен интервал ожидания для запроса.
This means the ping packets were dropped, usually due to security configurations on that hop, it is nothing to worry about.
On PingPlotter, look for packet loss reports because those are more important I'd say, they will display as red bars.

There is packet loss at hop #7, not the first time I hear about issues with level3.net. Can't be sure however if that's causing you the lag.
I'd hope this is temporary. Please proceed and send a ticket to the GM staff with your tracerts and PingPlotter logs.
As for NTT, this is an ongoing issue. To be honest, I don't remember a time where it returned stable ping times >_<

Lastly, have you tried to power cycle your internet device just in case?

I am also experiencing major lags from South East Asia.

rhexis,
At hop #6 there is a sharp increase in RTT, the values keep rising till the end of the route which indicates an issue starting at that location.
Personally, the viable solution for this would be to use a good proxy or VPN to reroute the connection to game servers.

Thanks. But this has never happened before. It was probably after the last maintenance that this started.
It seems better at this time. Perhaps there was a peak during the time I posted it.

Yes! As you can see hop#6 RTT values have gone much lower than the first posted here. Things like that are out of our control, we just hope it doesn't last long.
Older:
6 341 ms 312 ms 374 ms xe-0-0-0-18.r01.tokyjp01.jp.bb.gin.ntt.net [61.213.145.201]

6 78 ms 78 ms 78 ms xe-0-0-0-18.r01.tokyjp01.jp.bb.gin.ntt.net [61.213.145.201]
I hope this answers some of your concerns.

yes, i tried, it is ablsolutely not effective. What does NTT means? I sent the ticket. They sent me to provider, although the provider don't understand what I am talking about...
nothing new happens at least a week:

NTT is a global network.
Please proceed with your service provider, point out the issue with the tracert specially to this point:
7 46 37 80.4 44 44 44 lag-110.ear1.Frankfurt1.Level3.net [62.67.34.65]
See if they can make some calls or address the packet loss issue, if not there is not much to be done on WP behalf since that is completely out of their control.
Good proxy and VPN MAY help but that would be as a last resort thing.

PingZapper didn't help me out at all, SoftEther VPN have been set up by myself through other country have better situation with packets loss, but ordinary ping is high, about 250-300 in all Hops. Thank you for your assistance, it is sorrow and sadness. I will try to speak with provider again.

extreme lag from both uk and france in the last 1 week (returned to france from the uk 2 days ago. both places are lagging like hell for me. was better 1 week ago)

nitaantsingha, please turn off the device used to connect to the Internet for at least 5 minutes then power it on. Go over the connecting cables and make sure they are secured. Connect to the Internet again and run a couple more tracerts. This is because there is abnormal readings starting from home device. The rest of the tracert looks overall normal.
