Can we have the 1hr NPC buffer available in all town?
Or make it available to all kafras as well.

I would also suggest they (the npcs or added to kafra) be at the main kafras in each major town due to the congestion around the silvervine/buffer/headgear NPCs. Not only is congestion an issue but lag pre-WoE/during Woe, the amount of bot RMT spammers are right by the NPCs.
More of a QoL change more than something gamebreaking, hopefully others will also agree.
