This is a very broad topic, it depends a lot on the MvP in question.

Your question is still unclear.. what class? what build? Budget? If you wanna find out about the mobs use SENSE or search the specific mob on wiki.

I belive a search on google or youtube will be more effective for you than do questions like you did.

Play knight. Make sure you have all your pots and a decent weapon and run straight into the mvp. I find token of siegfried to be the most effective potion to use. Just carry 200 of them on you and you can't fail to tank the mvp. Some mvps are strong and it might be 1 token = 1 BB, but all that matters is that you're defeating the mvp and winning.
