Quests

• The next new Headgear quest, the Amistr Cap, is available. Speak to Frank in Morocc (who has his own tent at 118, 93). Certificates can be found in the treasure caches.
  • To create this headgear you'll need the following:
    • 300 Fluff
    • 200 Animal Skins
    • 2 Evil Horn
    • 1 Ice Titan Card
    • 1000 Zeny
    • 1 Amistr Cap Certificate

Do I understand correctly that there are no "Talk Like a Pirate Day event" treasure chests on Classic ?( I have checked prt_fild07: 324, 78 - nothing.

Yeah. They were removed previously then last week the list got reverted somehow to the older list. They've been removed again.

No, on Classic it's a questline that gives a reward at the end.
