I am wondering what's a good stat build for a 99 monk who's main goal is to woe and a bit of PvP.

you may want to double check that link, cause it goes itno the novice class part of the forums

 

to the op...you are aware woe is the pvp of the game right? unless you meant woe with a bit of mvp.

 

generally the go to woe build is asura strike build...you may want to hit the acolyte forums to get better hints on this
