+15 Crimson bow 2xTTcard or +12 Bow of Storm 1xTTcard

You get four times the TT bonus with the Crimson Bow and three with Bow of Storm. Also, the ATK of +15 Crimson in a 175+ level char is higher than Bow of Storm. Still, SR cooldown is huge and your damage per second will be higher with Bow of Storm than with Crimson Bow, assuming you can't KO the target in a single SR. I'd go with +12 TT Crimson Bow anytime.

crimson bow is a lv3 weapon, and you dont get full effect from the card. I'd use Bow of Storms simply because damage is mostly enough already, and faster cooldown is better to line up procs and move between groups of monsters.
