Weekly turn-in events sucks so heavy! No Party ! every searching healer and aoe-skiller.

I would recommend that quest, http://irowiki.org/wiki/Lost_Spirits, gives really good amount of job exp, ~37% of the 69 job if non-vip and ~55.5% of the same job if vip.

 

@Edit oh you could also do eden 2nd floor exp quests http://irowiki.org/w...sts#Level_91-99, they give ~4.6% each but they are also repeatable every 3 hours, while Lost Spirits is doable only once.

Do the second floor of eden board(rachel,veins,ice dun). Do Sarah's Memory.

But the easiest is low ti on a vip, really.

depends on the class, the ones that strong to lv in Nogg easier to get maxed job lv.

 

usually i leveled in nogg 1 then nogg 2 once i able to get exp, not partying unless you have friend that want to help you

but soloing in Nogg 2 is really fast , from 95/60 to 99/60 you will need less than 20 mins with bmx3.

 

so far the classes that able to do this easily, my version. ( depends on the gear as well but it is just matter of Kill fast or Kill slow )

 

- LK with Bowling Bash

- Paladin with Grand Cross ( you need to use water converter )

- Sniper / Any classes that able to use Arrow Shower

- Gunslinger 

- Assassin Cross ( dual swords Meteor Assault yo! )

 

 

Another easiest one , if you are VIP / regular 

go to Brasilis, get all the bounty quests and do it

 

they are easy to kill, the exp is not that good tbh however the bounty

since you are able to get all and turn them all at once, makes it very good for lv 90ish.

There is a bounty board upstair of Eden which gives good amount of job exp for 91-99

how did you get job level 69 to begin with? just keep doing that method and you will be 70.

Wrong. It's because you are VIP and allocate everything to job. 2nd floor is fixed, can't be allocated as you wish but I do agree that it gives a huge exp just with less hunt count compared to a town bb of thesame level.

Actually I allocate Base and Job EXP normally before 3rd class, only put everything to job right after becoming 3rd class since I need to experiment skills before I hit lv.100 to make use of the hypnotist NPC, so I can reset skills for free. After lv.100 it goes back to norm again.
