Mine was, 2295x768. And it seems fine. Shouldn't matter on the size. So long as it's big enough to see the costume.

So yeah headband of bones with 2 roses on the sides ideally above where ear-type headgears (like Elvens) sit. I figured more flowers might be overkill since we already have so many flowery headbands but unsure what would look better in sprite form. So have a bunch of thorns instead!

Zoomed out at the way. I wanted something that would give the faces a bit more personality. And it comes in different colors! (I could NOT get brown to look right, I tried so hard!)

A closer view. No view from the backside, as the headgear is not visible from that angle...

Forgot to add that I'd like it to be animated to blink periodically (say once every 15 sec or so). Gotta flutter those lashes!

Here's my entry. Pardon the sloppy presentation; I'm at sea and lack the time and means. But the idea is here.
Costume headgear name: Googly Eyes
Character Name: Christabel Scrooge

Prize of choice: Red CC hat

The eyes should not be much bigger than the characters' own eyes, but as they are more or less round they will naturally be much wider. The eyes should jiggle around whenever the character does too (eg walking or after getting hit) and generally the sprite should include as many various pupil positions as possible. (and most definitely one where they meet in the middle like in the 3/4 drawing!)
