LordYgg has a point. It is the normal human train of thought that if stuff is freely being passed around, why not get a piece of the cake yourself and eat it? High order of thinking does not take away a basic desire that we are all born with, Greed. Just depends how much a person is enticed by the desire.

If it's a free female servant/master then I would gladly accept.

Wow i didn't expect to see lots of replies , anyhow sorry i didn't know that it's bad to put ign hahaha, I hope this post would at least inform some of the players so that they would be aware of what's happening, I know that dealing with this situation might be hard, but yea, at least inform the people so that they won't fall for this tricks,

First thing that came to my mind was doubt, i mean who would offer that kind of zeny just for a school project. Good thing i was cautious and checked the website domain, how it was made and studied the layout.  :p_hi:

I took out the character name from your post, as it's not allowed.

i still find this 'rule' to be exceptionally retarded. is there an exact reason or list of reasons that this is enforced?

the only possible explanation i can have for why the GM team would want to shield scammers is either protection for those who would be mis-fired names, or for money (we can ban this guys one account and maybe he'll come back on other account w/ a lesson learned, but if we publicly flame their name it may damage their morale to come back and spend more money)

you do realize, publicly blacklisting someone is a deterrent, right?

It has been explained before, as in a hacked account the hacker may be doing damages by impersonating a legitimate player, exposing such a player as the culprit will not solve the problem but to violate his/her privacy.

I believe that character has been taken care of, delicious food.

Ive been seeing the guy for years with his other scam (CSGO/DOTA2 thingies) i know by fact he has been reported multiple times, same char name (no specials characters tho) so allow me to...

The DOTA2 scam is another thing, they come under different accounts and names fairly often.

Sometimes under high profile accounts (victims) and sit with a distinguished chatroom.

The staff do handle them, as for the one being active right now (Chaos server per report received) then the account is only a few days old. If there is another one that needs our attention please PM me the details.

The one mentioned by the OP has already been sent to outer space.

I see, thanks Cinnamon, but on that regard, why cant we have something like the bot hunting taskforce hunting this kind of scammers?

I dont want to fall into the "too busy with restart" memes, and knowing that in game GMs probably have a lot on their hands (or maybe not, idk) couldnt they check like once a day for half hour or something in cities for this kind of "players" instead of having us send tickets that take time from us to write, send, etc. to sit in the queue 2 weeks+ and consuming time away from other issues on the ticket system?

Leonchascon, I believe that has been already considered by the staff.

When it comes to reporting, using the support system is preferred, this is to document the incident and to keep a follow up on the issue. I see no problem as well informing who's concerned forums-wise such as the CMs or the VMod team.

Saying all of that and since the initial reported user is handled, this topic is getting closed.
