I'm trying to login on a character I created on the Chaos server; As soon as I click on the character however, I get the message "Disconnected from Server". 

 

Is it just me?

Checking previous postings, are you logging on Chaos server or Odin?

Chaos server is currently online, Odin is undergoing weekly maintenance as of this minute.

I'm trying to log on to Chaos.

Please make sure your Renewal client is up to date.

 

Load your game client, on the Password/ID screen pull the Copyright Gravity black bar down to get the serial number.

If it matches the one in the picture below then your client is up to date, if not logging into server will not be possible.

This is a bit late, but you were right!  

 

I re-installed the game and patched afresh, and it works fine now. Thank you!
