Best way since the GMs royally up and couldn't trouble themselves to make simple HTML tables with images and text for a whole 2 weeks "forgot" to post the details during a 5 or w/e hours maintenance:

Actually I still like Nidhoggur Shadow Card, for the fact that it is an Armor Card and there aint an alternative that is both better and attainable. Professor Card is nice but its near impossible to get unless you are jerbear, Entweihen Crothen Card gives good MATK but it is not MVP card so cannot be desocketed at 100% later. Then there is Amdarais Card, oh well, the HP draining effect is too much for me. But of course, the price of the card will drop quickly so I may be able to get a cheap deal.

maybe because the 50% is easier to get and has reasonable price ?

even though Fenrir card is applicable to any classes / any skills that require you to reduce its Fixed cast

this set doesnt work to melee, unless you are happy to use Lush Rose instead of Bio5 headgears

Why chose one when you can get both for even more matk? Fenrir + Cecil’s combo.

This is a major shame even private servers would not allow themselves to have. (And one of the reasons they actually exist...) Seriously, one day after maintenance, and the info is still not online! Seriously, those who are curious about the newest of the never-ending OCP disease have to turn to a 3rd party forum?

 

Pro tip for WP staff: all details of changes has to be on the website BEFORE the maintenance ends, every time something changes, no exceptions. And when saying on the website I don't mean the forums, but the website itself where the updates are and should be. Hope I don't have to elaborate on this. Hiding behind the excuse of "we didn't get the data from Gravity" might works for other issues, but is not valid for this one. We are your players providing your income, please respect us at least on this level.

Need more manpower? Hire more people, you should have enough income from the OCP boxes already. Heck I help part time if needed, but please end this shame already. Thank you. <3

Brooch is level 100 min requirement iirc, so no not RIP NS Card, still good for TE if that's still a thing.
