Not entirely, Because the very fact you need to combo this up with other gears to get the best effect, and the other gears in question are more limiting for an AB.

 

But looking at this and the cost to enchant an Old Mitra, this by far is a cheaper and possibly good alternative. I would say BiS for leveling to 170, but it could still be BiS at 175/60 if you arent developing the AB's gears any further.

It's an interesting box, they gave the 2nd best item the rarest drop rate, and the best item an uncommon drop rate.

Basically this box will bring in lots of money for Gravity as it forces people to re-enchant their gears. Like the Faw, Serah’s earrings, ea enchants and gears part of the combo that require upgrading.

Also making a Sarah EA1 EA2 isn't that hard to do (also just made one on first attempt :v). At least its a solid choice for RKs.

 

 

Probably end up using 2x instead of 1 cause I don't have Kiels  .

 

But gonna make 1 Sarah Ea1 Ea2 for just incase.

(1) Aspd +1, MaxHP +500, MaxSP +250.

(2) Increases magical attack by 5%.

(3) Reduces cast time by 10%.

(4) Set bonus with "Celine's Ribbon", reduces fixed cast time by 50%, magical attack inflicts 10% more damage to boss monsters.

(5) Set bonus with "Celine's Ribbon", every refine level of "Celine's Ribbon", increases all stats by 1.

(6) Set bonus with "Celine's Ribbon", if "Celine's Ribbon" is refined to +7 or higher, reduces 10% damage received from Demi-human, increases 20% more damage on boss monsters.

(7) Set bonus with "Celine's Ribbon", if "Celine's Ribbon" is refined to +9 or higher, further reduces 2% damage received from Demi-human and increases more 20% damage on boss monsters.

(12) Set bonus with "Evil spirit's glove of manipulation", every magical attack that hits the target has a chance of auto-casting "Recognize Spell" Lv1.

(13) Set bonus with "Evil spirit's glove of manipulation", when physically or magically hit, has a chance of auto-casting "Quagmire" Lv3 at the user.

maybe because the 50% is easier to get and has reasonable price ? 

 

even though Fenrir card is applicable to any classes / any skills that require you to reduce its Fixed cast 

 

this set doesnt work to melee, unless you are happy to use Lush Rose instead of Bio5 headgears
