So, with Central Laboratory effectively replacing VIP's MVP Summoner (as stated by Community Managers), would it then be possible to fully flesh out Central Laboratory with the MVPs it is missing?
The instance already contains a vast majority of the wild (that is, on field maps everyone can access) MVPs this game has to offer, but a select few are missing with very little logical reason as to why. For instance, 2 of the 4 Hall of Abyss MVPs (Daehyon & Kades) are present in the instance while 2 (Gioia & Pyuriel) are not. I don't think there's any reason to leave half of them out if half of them are already in. Keep the friends together, yo!
I feel this is a good opportunity to use Central Laboratory to its fullest potential as a catalyst to introduce players to MVPs they may not be able to experience in normal gameplay. This was the theme and desire surrounding the original Summoner. Central Laboratory already does this, to a degree, but with several MVPs missing, it's not a fully fleshed out experience. Some of these MVPs might be camped by other groups, the MVPs might be too difficult, or players may not have access to said MVPs (Hall of Abyss - yet for some reason 2 out of 4 are already in Central Lab) because they do not participate in WoE, etc.
Here's the thing with VIP Summoner: all MVPs were once available to summon through the use of several items. Then, this was later changed to become a standard rotation that would periodically change (what was done before it was effectively 'retired'). The rotation excluded many MVPs until the next rotation--and some were never brought into rotation, period. So we went from having access to all MVPs (minus Biolabs) to a selection of MVPs periodically (weeks to months), then to what we're stuck with now. By default, Central Laboratory is already a better system than what VIP Summoner is currently. However, Central Laboratory could be made into an even better system than it is now and infinitely more balanced/useful than VIP Summoner ever was or could be--including less work week-to-week from the GM Team. How? We add our missing MVPs and fully flesh this out as an all-encompassing MVP instance!
If everything is included into Central Laboratory, everybody has a chance to get any MVP at any given time. There isn't a, "oh, it's Memory of Thanatos week this week! Now's the only time you can fight him in Central Laboratory until the next time he shows up in rotation!" as was often true with the VIP Summoner. Everything is available all the time, and there's no work involved from the GM Team every other maintenance to change it (other than to add in missing MVPs as they are updated into the game, as needed, one time and one time only).
This also allows for newer, less experienced, less geared players to experience some of the (elusive) boss fights this game has to offer within a controlled environment while fighting at a pace comfortable to the participant. As an instance, Central Laboratory allows for a unique environment where players do not have to stress about being outplayed/outgunned/outnumbered (exactly what VIP Summoner provided). It also allows for less popular, niche builds to see what they are capable of against some of the hardest (or elusive) monsters this game has to offer without fear of somebody with a not-niche build out-competing you in the wild.
Additionally, the inclusion of all missing field MVPs is a welcome change to veteran adventurers, too. Veterans are likely already doing Central Laboratory in their spare time, so giving more diversity and more chances at different MVPs makes the instance that much more attractive.
I feel this is a win-win and the natural next step to take if we really want to say that Central Laboratory is the true successor to the old VIP MVP Summoner. It can be what the original VIP Summoner was, but better!

Additionally, all of the Biolab MVPs (3, 4, and the brand new 5) are also absent. Although, players have access to fight Bio3 & Bio4 MVPs in an instance already, so maybe they need not apply to this. 5 is brand new and no instance to fight them exists yet. A quick list, nonetheless, minus Bio5.
